Next, we take what we learned about your business along with a review of your accounting records, we prepare a budget and a Project Proposal. This proposal will outline our engagement service level according to your business needs plus pricing details.
Once the engagement is completed, we deliver our final package for your review. Here, we go over your historical information and provide useful KPI's to work towards in the future. If you are happy, we then sign-off on the final package.
Working with a proactive approach, we provide quarterly reviews to ensure you know where your financial performance is at. Using these reviews, we learn where improvements can be made to increase results quarter after quarter.
